Moonlit Tower

Moonlit Tower zooms in on a lone moonlit water tower with a long ladder on one side and a vent pipe on the other, the main character in this scenario; and a cat in a big old comfy chair playing a close second. The city skyline stays quietly in the background while an airplane seems to be headed to the full moon on a ritual red eye flight.
